Step By Step

GETTING TO KNOW YOU

After you submit an inquiry, we start with a relaxed consultation to learn about you, your content vision, and what matters most to you.

This includes:

  • Telling you a bit about us and our approach

  • Understanding your style and personality

  • Walk through our different offerings and deliveries

  • Exploring content inspiration and goals (e.g., Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage, social media strategy)

CRAFTING YOUR STORY

Once we lock in your date with a signed contract and deposit, we start to Kurate your vision. We design a content plan that aligns perfectly with your goals.

In this stage, we:

  • Define key moments to capture (e.g., first look, speeches, dances)

  • Plan creative shot ideas and transitions

  • Coordinate with your planner or vendors if needed

  • Customize deliverables to fit your preferred platforms

FINIAL PREP & DETAILS

As your day approaches, we fine-tune all logistics to ensure a seamless experience.

This includes:

  • Wedding/ Event questionnaire sent one month out with questions about wedding day specifics

  • Final details call 2 weeks out to walk through questionnaire and final timeline

  • Confirm coverage time and assess if add-ons are needed

  • Walk through any content inspiration, mood board, or shot lists you may have

  • Answer any last questions!

YOUR STORY, SHARED

After capturing your event we carefully craft those small moments into a short form love story, and share those compiled videos with you shortly after the big day. 

This includes:

  • All raw content delivered with 24-48 hours of event ending

  • All edited content delivered within 10 days

  • All raw files organized into folders by time of day, and delivered via Dropbox
